We have three private treatment rooms designed for your comfort and privacy. You do not need a prescription to receive massage treatment. However, if you have any diagnosed conditions, we advise you to request a prescription from your physician so we can best serve your needs with medical massage.

Maida attended Makami college and has over 7 years experience; she chose Massage Therapy because in Columbia she did Massage Therapy as a post surgical procedure. Maida loves helping people and enjoys when guests leave feeling better than when they arrived. Maida is known for providing her guests with an overall relaxing experience while incorporating deep tissue and Swedish techniques. She also specializes in prenatal treatments.

Maida loves to spend time with her children and her church community. She and her family enjoy being outside in nature and riding their bikes within Calgary’s parks; doing anything with family makes her happy.
